You May Ask Yourself is a multi-medium meditation on that quiet, unsettling moment of self-inventory—when you pause and wonder how you got here. Inspired by the spirit of "Once in a Lifetime" by Talking Heads, the piece leans into repetition, fragmentation, and movement as a way to visualize internal questioning. Layers shift and collide, suggesting memory, routine, and identity in constant motion. Embedded QR codes act as portals—scan one and the song plays, pulling sound into the experience and collapsing time between past and present. The work lives in that in-between space: part realization, part reset, asking not for answers, but for awareness.
